Madin is an excellent hotel. Great service, extremely courteous service, very nice food etc. The room was very well appointed and comfortable. I will surely like to stay there again.

Found the property via makemytrip. Excellent big sized premier rooms, courteous staff and the food and room service was just awesome. Special mention to chef anand who went out of the way and arranged food on our request at 4. 30am for us to carry back during out 9 hour long journey to new delhi.

Location of the hotel to enjoy roaring sea is beautiful. Food nice and tasty being served as per one's requirement. Service is good overall the stay was comfortable.

Excellent hotel but with few improvement neede

We stayed in madin for 2 days and it was a pleasant experience. The staff was very kind and helpful. Rooms are very modern, clean. The surprise was the food which was exceptional and the choices provided for all ages (incl south indian dishes. It is also 100m away to the jhv mall which makes shopping experience also good. Hotel madin is definitely recommended. Few negative feedback : travel desk is most of the time not reachable but it was not a huge impact as there is ola and uber everywhere. Hotel staff speak only hindi and very few english words

Our family are regular yearly visitor of varanasi and without say we stay at hotel madin every year since last 7yrs and no doubt its an excellent hotel, delicious breakfast and ala cart menu, very good swimming pool, gym, spa, and rooms. Will keep on staying in future too

Madin was a very pleasant surprise for us. There was a sense of finesse and passion in all aspects of the maintenance of madin that was apparent. The rooms were very clean and well appointed. Everything worked well. The bed and mattress was comfortable. The air-conditioning was excellent and the temperature just right for a good night's sleep. The room was quiet - a blessing when one gets back from the constant horns and din on the streets of varanasi. And last but not least - the food in the restaurant was consistently excellent; even the humble khichadi and curd rice. It is about 30 mins from the temple and assi ghat but is well worth the bit of travel time. Highly recommend madin.

Service at all level excellent. Food breakfast, and dinner sumptuous and tasty. Initially felt room slightly smaller, but closet in bathroom gave extra space. Overall a place worth repeating
