Review Of Hotel Madonna

It was not at all clean.

Hotel is very basic. It's like 1990s hotel with old and dusty furnitures, pale tiles and mosquitos.

Worst staff , worst service , they don’t have food which they mentioned in there menu . The receptionist is starting us like he never saw a girl very bad hotel never recommended!

Location was not bad since it was very close to where i had my meeting but still it was an extremely crowded place. Hotel staff wasn’t at all courteous - certainly wasn’t from hospitality background. Room and hotel - simply a nightmare.

Over all this was a decent hotel at this price. Room were small and no food facility. Jtpl and shivalik city. City of dream. Water logging

Location is not good apart from that the staff behaviour is pathetic

The stay was good but had face an ac problem at midnight, adding to this the owner behavior whos name is mr bhatia was very unpleasant and rude.

Not what was expected in pics

Adequate for solo travellers. Goog location for students and nice and clean bathroom facilities. Room service is quick and answers on one call.

The services were poor, hotel maintenance was terrible, the food quality as judged by quality of tea was very bad. They didn’t provide tea maker nor bottled drinking water

the staff was courteous and room was clean. would have preferred a kettle for tea. in the room. otherwise all was satisfactory.

One room ac was not working. Staff changed room there tv was not working. Water taps were all clogged and no pressure. Solar heater gave no hot water. Noisy window acs. Toilet seat too close to wall.

Staff was defensive in nature they will proof you wrong at any cost, at in mood of listening, miscommunication is the biggest issue among-st the staff members, lot issue they in bill, for corporate people it not good to stay at madonna

Location of the Hotel is excellent.

Had friends coming in for my wedding. Booked the property as rooms and pricing were decent and they had a comfortable stay.
