If you're booking an executive room, you might get some "special" perks like a torn towel, peeling walls, a dirty bathroom, stained bed sheets, and an unappealing limited breakfast spread. And if you complain about any of these "amenities," the response will likely be, "Sir, this is an executive room."

In that location service is good but at the afternoon then I sleep AC to be switched off by staff. I just thought that power was not available. But in the evening I said then start the AC. So it's not good. Cleaning in the restaurant is not done before 8 AM. To do breakfast at the restaurant but cleaning done after 10. So it's to be improved. After all the other is good

Very Good experience and food was also good. Near by city and bird sanctuary. Main market was also near by

The stay was average overall. Staff behaviour was mixed — some were polite, while a few came across as rude. Cleanliness could have been better, and there was constant disturbance due to nearby construction. Food was delivered on time but was extremely overpriced for the quality offered. Also, considering the facilities, the room tariff felt a little high. Could be a better experience with some improvements.

The staff of hotel was not supportive, as well as the owner was also irresponsible because of service. the breakfast was not as per the standard. The TV was also not working, after calling many times they said that cable connection fault. After paying the amount the service was not justified. Not satisfy over all.

Great staff neat rooms and easily accessible location. Overall a good hotel in a small city like bharatpur. Highly recommended for family and stay. Food served was hot l. Check in was easy and check out process was also easy. Highly recommended.

disappointing stay – poor room condition and service i recently stayed at hotel maggo, bharatpur, and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. the 3 rooms that were given to us were in poor condition cleanliness, maintenance problems, smell bad. it was clear that the room had not been properly maintained, which made our stay uncomfortable. additionally, the customer service left much to be desired. i found the staff to be unhelpful and unresponsive to my concerns. when we raised the issues with my room, the staff did not seem interested in addressing them, and i felt my concerns were dismissed rather than resolved. overall, the lack of care in room upkeep and poor customer service handling made this stay unpleasant. i hope the management will improve both their room conditions and their approach to guest service, as i believe these changes would greatly enhance the guest experience..

The rooms are small. The size of the rooms is small. The tv doesn't work, there is no proper service.

They give false information regarding your free breakfast and dinner. If book your hotel including breakfast and dinner then they will provide 200 rs. Food only. Also they will not tell you that you can only order under 200. When you checkout you have to pay extra for it. These things also not mentioned in the description.

No bathing soap provided even after request, hotel says guest has to bring of his own. Breakfast was promises before 07:30 hours but on persistent request started at 09:45 hours. No complementary water bottles, no tea preparing arrangement within room. Highly uncooperative attitude of staff. Limited choice in breakfast & also limited quantity, additional qty request for breakfast on charges. Need to check bill, it was escalated, we got that right.

There were old type rooms, the phone connected to it was also switched off, the food was good. The room was very small and a very bad smell was coming from the cupboard.
