Horrible experience, very disappointing experience from mm t as well as hotel menber

I have to leave this hotel in between because it is very dirty hotel. They don't provide any facility. Staff is very rude.

Average stay. Early check out need to be intimated to hotel staff well before time

Hotel mahamaya present on the main road but rooms are very small, not cleaned. Hospitality was poor.
We can easily smell smokiness in the room, not properly sanitized

Horrible

Bedsheets, toilets, pillow covers were not so clean, which normally we expect for a semi delux room. Thank god we brought our bedsheet and pillow covers with us.

Good Hotel for family and friends in Shimla.

Too small rooms and bathrooms. Staff not too polite. This hotel is only good if you want to spend less from your pocket and the duration of stay is as short as 1 day/night.

There is suffocation in rooms and food quality is not good. There is a category of semi deluxe and deluxe room booth are the same room.

Rooms are very old, everything works. Room service was good at daytime but at night time there's no room service. Nobody picks up the calls.
