Stay at hotel maharaja executive in phaltan satara was awesome. It's a very good hotel. Rooms are comfy and they are exactly same as what is shown in the pics. Hotel staff was very good and polite. They obliged to the requests made. Restaurant is good. Breakfast was tasty.

It is a 9 year old property. Well maintained. Cleanliness is worth mentioning. However one gets hot water only when the sun is up as the geyser operates on solar energy. They do not provide packaged drinking / mineral water as an add on. It is located on the highway. But logistics is an issue if you don't have a vehicle.

The hotel did not have power back up, the dustbins were not cleaned, the wi-fi does not reach the room, they did not have fresh laundry, the inercome was not working. Mm t says the room has bathtubs but none of the rooms have so, the breakfast variety is very less, costly soft drinks, serving above mrp, i requested for a coffee and they mentioned, i had to pay extra for the coffee, uncultured staff, non-responsive. Very terrible experience. These are the instances to name a few.

When we entered in the Hotel at 2 pm, Hotel room was not ready to use, front office Executive told us to wait for another 30 minutes more. So we went back and returned on 5.30 pm. When Hotel booking was done before 5 days and check in time was 12 noon, we expect the ready room on the check in time. This I never experienced in my life in international as well as domestic locations hotels mote than 2000 hotels I stayed. Another thing AC rooms are. Not being offered online. This is really pathetic. Out entire family disappointed.
