I'm giving 5 star only because of the manager and staff. They was friendly. But the rooms are bathrooms were not cleaned. The hotel condition was not good. Improvement of hotel condition and cleanliness should be done.

The hotel was very clean and cost effective. The location was also situated aside from the chaotic busy streets. Mr. Pradeep singh hosted us and welcomed us on the trip. He also guided us with nearby places to visit. The trip was overall good and the credit somewhat goes to the hotel maharana.

Hotel is in vicinity to the railway station. Very suitable for frequent travelers to mathura. Hotel was clean, hygienic, staff was polite and cooperated us very well. All in all was a good stay. I would recommend it to all who wants to visit mathura.
