Room was not clean bedsheets were also dirty blanket given was stinky lots of insects in room terrible stay

Cleanliness, rude behaviour of staff.

Toilets were not cleaned properly, spiders were roaming around, ac was not working even after knowing that they took the booking, staff was rude and laughing on our situation asking us to switch on fan.
