The location of the hotel is excellent as it is situated on the Chandigarh Pinjore Highway and is in the heart of the city. The interior decorations and rooms are very good and spacious. The washroom is fine but can be improved. Its a good value for money. As I was in Chandigarh for a very brief period, I am unable to comment on the various facilities.

Experience was good.. Room is very neat and clean.. Even service is very good.. If you need something in midnight in emergency then they provide you. Staff is very good and friendly... Food quality is very excellent... And the location is very nice... Its very easy to find... Overall value for money.

It is a fine hotel on a high-way, so that it is easy to reach there. But some electronic sockets were not in good condition. Person at reception are very co-operative, but service is slow. We have to tell many times to provide something like tea or breakfast etc.

The super deluxe room doesn't look like a super deluxe room. There is water coming out from the room. The washroom is pathetic.

Terrible experience. No hot water, no water, room with crockrach and mosquitos. No breakfast. Last moment the cancellation was done by the owner and asking for more money. No cleaning.
