It was an average hotel. The washroom was not good, after taking a bath, the water didn't flow through the pipe. Also, water tape is not good, it was not working properly. . They have to work on their washroom

Room in total is not good. Dressing table light switch board is out of order. There is not room servicing telephone. All order is given on reception with physically. Door of main entrance and bath room are not close smoothly. Food standard is very poor

To my surprise the hotel is located interior by alley. Food was good and so does the staff behaviour, my intercom wasn’t working, ac remote was non functional, i was struggling with mosquitoes late night, so i think this hotel needs to still work on multiple things

1. Telephone is not connected. It's dead. I went down to reception for complimentary water bottles 2. Tv in the room is disconnected. All wires are detached 3. Ac is not working 4. Bedside switches are showpiece. Not working

It was a very bad experience to stay in hotel ma-hi residency. First of all, i booked with advanced payment. But they are refusing to give me a room in the hotel, they said the room was full, they wanted to transfer me to another hotel. At least 30 min later they gave me a room. The room was average, the hotel food service was disgusting. Giving back to back reminders for my food order. Hotels have power cutting issues, they again change my room for it, and i also have water supply issues in the bathroom. I gave hotel staff reminder for water is not coming from my bathroom, they did not take any action, even they gave mistakenly extra fooding bills, also said when i will check out hotel they will adjust extra 64 rupees with minarel water and tea services. But it was not they given. My 64 rupees are also wasted. It was the worst services and staying experience to stay at this hotel. In the food bill i had ordered 5 bottles of minarel water, but they changed 9 bottles of minarel water.

Had Worst experience . Hotel had ac problem with worst toilets sanitary, booked 5 ac room(2 deluxe 2 executive room and one suite room) but got only 4 ac room (that too had problems)because one room ac was not working atall. Plus food not good and service was too much time taking

Experience was worst. Room which i have book was not up to mark i had booked delux ac room but they have provided a non ac room. After argument they gave another room which was also the same ac was not working. After that they provided me another room in which ac was good but clineness was worst. They have no telephone to call room service
