Excellent Stay
I stayed at fort kochi malabar inn excellent hotel, 5 minutes walk from the beach, near to matancherry palace. Rooms were good and though i checked in at 1am, hotel staff were courteous. Breakfast was food although preparation could have been better. This property is in the cantonment area and hence very peaceful

Disappointing
soloFirst of all the property did not want to give me a room. They said that management has changed and make my trip does not transfer payment to them. They asked me to cancel. I refused and somehow convinced them to give me a room. Please do not suggest such properties to customers. Suggest you sorry out your differences before suggesting. This causes a lot of inconvenience to travellers
