the entrance to the hotel appeared dirty and unsafe with so many strangers standing around. the room walls were dirty,bathroom stained and not clean,lot of mosquitoes were there It was raining during the stay and water seeped into the room and had to repeatedly asked the staffs to mop

i had a good experience staying at the property. The only concern is parking. The price for the room is best for last minute options.

It's a decent place, not too much of amenities but good, safe and sound place to stay. I came for event and it's closer to beach, what i was looking for

Although the bed was comfy, the bedspreads were torn and dirty, found bedbugs and overall cleanliness was average.

The hotel is located in a prime area where restaurants are available nearby. Marina beach is a few kms away from hotel. Anyone who wants to visit chennai for a budget stay, i suggest this hotel.

Poor quality infrastructure and compared to price. Basics missing. Washroom infra untidy

No food is available. Room give foul smell. Toilet in very bad condition. Seepage in room.

Location is great - above nilgiris and opposite kfc. Entrance of the property is under construction and yet to build a proper signage board.

Washroom is full of smell, not at all hygiene. Not given early check in even after requesting. Not so friendly.
