Very supportive staff good facility hotel is very nee t & clean am so much satisfied and this my 5th or 6th stay in this hotel i always preferred malbork hotel for my stay.

The food here was very good. I ordered a lot of things like sandwiches, puri, bhaji, fried rice, tea, extras, everything was very tasty and the room was very clean. They cleaned it as many times as i asked them to and the people who provided room service there were also very nice. Their nature was very good and the staff there was very humble and very nice.

Room is good and provided with all amenities. The location of the hotel is excellent. The staff and management is very helpful and try to provide all comforts. It will be better if one mirror is provided in the room in addition to the mirror in the bathroom. There should an aqua guard or ro installed at every floor so that borders can collect drinking water themselves whenever necessary. I liked their 24x7 room service.

I found the place pretty amazing clean and hygienice what i liked more that i received the call from hotel staff to ensure my check in time. Food was tasty and service was really quick compare to others staff behaviour was very good. Overall i liked the every bit of this place.
