Warm and cordial staff, very cooperative and humble. Feel good factor was there.
No heater in bathroom else everything was excellent good people to take care. I would recommend hotel Manali to all.

It's ok but not excellent. Stay focus on cleanliness. Provide hot water tap in bathroom. Provide telephone.
