Located in mall road, this hotel is a boon for the weary traveler and a family alike. I was there on work and I found the room in great condition when I had arrived.

Reception is helpful and cooperative. Hotel staff 's are good. Room is clean. Certain areas to be looked into: hot water in wash room, in this cool weather is problem in my case. Though i have raised this issue to the hotel personal but no timely resolution. Hotel kitchen starts late, service is available only after 8. 30 am. Hence people who walk up early has to uffer a lot because bed tea is not available before 8. 30 am rest all ok.

Location of hotel is really nice. Close to civil lines. Rooms are big. Food was amazing trust me. Only need to work on cleanliness of hotel, rooms are clean though.

The property location was good to approach other locations for travel, access to all modes of transport, the biggest mall of kanpur is within a 1 km, in front of the hotel a very nice park

The food and room service is wow but the breakfast menu was ok ok the food was hot and delicious and staff is soo quick to respond on request well trained and have a great communication.
