It's a budget hotel. Not so expensive and not so luxurious. So people who want to halt for a night it's ok.

No hot water provided for bathi

Room facilities can be better.

Poor mentinence, no sefty, no water

We were there for just one night stay. Good hotel near railway station

Very near, walking distance from Kalka Station

This cannot be called a hotel. Its just a lodge accommodation. No mineral water. No jugs. No glass. Towel dirty. Pillow dirty. Bedsheet having hairs of previous occupants on it. No chairs. No table. No cupboard.

Poor service even they did not operated DG during power outage in night, we had to stay in dark

It was winter season and the window of the room was broken. Even the hot water was not available in all the bathroom. The caretaker were good and prepared nice tea.

Phone number not working, neither cell number working, very isolated approach, no room furniture available, no Almirah, no lift, no indoor food facility, no wifi, cell connectivity very poor in that area, can't sleep in train traffic.

The Hotel is very close to Kalka Station and it can be used as a transit Hotel if you are traveling to Shimla.

Location good but its ok only stay night

Cleaning was superb but room service was so bad. There was only one person for room service. There was a marriage in the same hotel and DJ was on the rocks whole night so I could not sleep all night. Whole room was vacant at night and when I request to staff for change the room then they ignore. Geyser was there in the room but it was not working. LED TV was also in room and that was also not in working condition. Although it was a bad experience to stay in that hotel.

Room is clean and good looking TV is not working near the railway station nice hotel to stay.

Food was good and location was easy to search.
They have charged extra money for 1 blanket for one night. We don't expect that was happen.
