Bad experience water bottles is not complimentary to the guest. We have to purchase it extra. I have booked room with breakfast. And they are not providing breakfast. Worst service will never book again

Worst service, beds are not good, no parking, no complementary water, no extra towels, no bath soap or dental set etc. And the staff's behaviour is very rude and not good. I faced lot of challenges while staying, 2 night s i was stay with dirty hotel with cockroach. Worst experience ever.
