Worst hotel waste of money no hot water on chilled winter season no water in washrooms uncleaned rooms what is showing on mm t app not at all in actually we had wasted our money and terrible experience mmt reputation is going down mmt should return our money back

- they have no parking, all vehicle are parked on road side w/o any guard. - rooms are not hygiene - restaurant area was closed - room service very delayed - room size just 1/3 of mentioned, only suitable for 2 person

Property is not clean and maintained properly. Rooms are terrible. No proper lighting & hot water in bathrooms. The staff does not know anything about the basic facilities.

Very bad service may i not suggest this hotel to anyone, you will not get a useless hotel from this.

The hotel was located very close to the taj and agra fort but the hotel in it self was very pathetic. The food was average cleanliness of utensils in which they serve food was very pathetic and the wifi was also not available. I would not have picked this place if i had any knowledge of this.

It was complete nightmare. We had no sleep at all. We checked in at 2 am and room was terrible.

We booked this hotel for new years eve and believe me it has ruined our day. The rooms were not as shown in the pictures. They were not well maintained as the walls patches were coming out, toilets were not properly clean. Old spots were easily visible in the wc. Now coming to the breakfast, preparation was not at all good. We ordered aloo paratha, and it was too oily. Even the lift was not operational intermittently. The door locks were not fully serviceable, and you have to get out from the bed for every door opening. Overall a very bad experience with family. Not at all recommended

Rooms are not good. The photos they have are too old so it is confusing. Charger sockets are loose, you can see wires outside. Don’t know why it has been rated as 3 stars. Amenities doesnt include anything and you have to pay adhoc. Wifi is average. Washrooms are not proper and sometimes it runs out of water. Thankfully i had to stay here for only 1 night but the experience is not good. Do not book rooms on 2and 3rd floor as you will hear party noises till 12am due to nearby djs from other hotels

I was at agra on 16 th feb with my family. I booked hotel maniram palace throw make my trip. I was so tired in my journey. When i reached at hotel. They welcomed me as friendly. Hotel staff was so polite and familier. Property was so neat and clean looks so hygienic. I recommend this hotel for my knowns.

Nit good for family stay food rate are very high showing wrong rates at the time of order but charge very high rates
Very poor service

room were spacious but do not have an intercom to communicate to reception/restaurant. you need to go downstairs to order a tea or for any other thing. No rod/part for curtains are tied up using tape. Old fashioned sofa set was there on reception, you would not like anyone to come here to meet you due to this. Overall, Mani Ram is the best name describing it. would not recommend it. Amar Yatri Nivas is adjacent to this hotel in the same budget and that is pure value for money please go for that.

Room was not up to the mark. Hot water facility was not available as I have checked it at 8 pm.

Commode attachments were improper, cable tv was not working, mosquito net was not installed on windows

Really there is no hot water and no wi-fi, and no TV channel only free Channel.
