1. Cleanliness was not up to mark 2. Staff was ignorant regarding services 3. No breakfast was available despite our ask 4. Charged for water bottles more than mrp 5. Not helpful behaviour of staff 6. Poor bathroom facilities 7. Lack of basic items such as tea bags etc

Excellent Stay
Food was average but meets the price point. Locartion was very good and the property is maintained well. Staff was also polite and cooperative. If looking for a short stay this place is very good option to look out for.

I would recommend this place
It was a great experience. They were very helpful and always available. They also provided food which was good in taste and at a reasonable price. The rooms were neat and clean.

A hotel that some say has a great location, friendly staff, and comfortable rooms Lovely hotel and staff. Breakfast was enjoyable and had a good selection with attentive staff. Received good recommendations for food. Room was clean with the essentials.
