Review Of Hotel Marigold Naroda

The Marigold at Naroda is a newly built nice hotel. It has double, triple accommodation. Rooms are good, staffs are very helpful. It is about 15kms from Ahmedabad airport.

I arrived late due to a bus breakdown. First of all they provided a wrong google link address. Secondly they gave me a shabby room. After i requested for another room, they did not provide towels or soap or anything else. The bathroom was dirty and cigarettes lying around. Do not recommend this hotel

Room initially provided was not clean. Water was not running on the first morning after check-in. Staff was very unhelpful and for 2 hours we were not getting any proper response or resolution. After a lot of argument, we finally got the room changed. The other room was also not good - the bathroom door wouldn't close, and in after the evening, the air conditioning and the water heater were not working. The staff was also generally not very helpful. Location is also not very good. Would not recommend.
