Room service and reception were good. The behaviour of the staff was good.

Location ok. Breakfast has no choice, no fruit, no choice for coffee or tea. Only tea is available. The girl was nice to provide me coffee. There is no hanger in the room. No mirror in the basin area. Water is every where, Shower place should separate from toitel

The hotel staff was really helpful in every aspect and everything was right in place. Marine View was one of the finest hotels that I have been to in this budget range. Kudos to the staff.

Pool not maintained , refused to use pool as they had a group pool party booking no where its mentioned that they can book as per their choice and thye can easily tell the others to not to use pool during the common pool timing, restaurant boy behaviour is unprofessional and having bad attitude issue, as per room tariff the service and others things are not up to the mark there are lots of hotels who can give better service

Rooms were dirty bedding in the room was not clean when we called the house staff to provide us with clean bedsheet and pullow cover his answer was we have same type of bedsheets. We ordered dinner

The room quality was not good. Most of the things in the toilet were broken. The toilet is broken, the tap was broken. The room telephone was broken even after completing they are unable to fix that. Very dirty swimming pool. I strongly recommend not to use the swimming pool. Staff behaviour was good and friendly. Need to maintain and clean the property. Baler hotel

Our family stay at the hotel was disappointing. Although some aspects were decent, the management was poor and unresponsive. The biggest issue was the swimming pool, where guests were openly drinking alcohol, creating an unsafe and uncomfortable environment for families and children. Despite complaints, staff did nothing to control the situation. Cleanliness and room service were average at best. We had hoped for a relaxing family getaway, but the lack of proper management ruined the overall experience.

Room is good but food quality is very poor also price is very high and as per food rate quality and quantity is very poor.Swimming pool is not good .overall poor experience.Not recommend.

Excellent atmosphere and nice staff behaviour. It is sutuated at prime location, just 3 miniute walking from sea and on main road. Hotel food is delicious and nice. Food serving in the room is totally free in this hotel. Electric water heater also supplied as demanded for my kid. Daily cleaning and room service. Although the rooftop swimming pool is small, it is is acceptable to all. Balcony view is too good. However, towels and slippers are not provided.

I really love this hotel, It's near the main road, and you have to walk to the sea, but I really liked the location.The food was good, the room service was very good, and even the other staf were very good.

The stay was not at all very good only the food was okay , rest the floor given was bad, no Wi-Fi working, couldn’t use the pool as it was not treated well and also there was no mirror lack of cleanliness

Everything was pitch perfect about this hotel, but the bed sheets and pillows were nasty, with so much stains on it. overall experience was very good. Their restaurant serves fresh, hot and delicious foods too. Just they have to pay attention to the cleanliness of the beds.
