Review Of Hotel Maru Villa Jaisalmer

One of the worst stays, nothing is provided, unhygienic rooms, no amenities only 1 working staff

It’s pathetic, couples please please stay away from this property, poor service, poor hygiene, poor everything, had to ask for towels, soap. In short it’s terrible !

The staff of hotel maru villa is undoubtedly very nice and sincere. But the rooms are pathetic, very small and not as shown in the . Also no food is available at the property.

Very bad experience, pathetic, extremely dirty and poorly managed, rooms are dirty as compared to displayed rooms . No hot water . Staff shifted us in another hotel for stay.

it was something like not matched pics showed by property owner , i booked family room for 4 person (144 sqft) but they provided normal room which could be fit for 2 person, they were providing extra mattress which they asked to use in front of washroom and other one in front of main door. they agreed to change room but still it was not the same property that i booked. in the second room as well they haven't provided amenities such as towel and they provided used comforter , bedsheet what not, in short very bad experience 😑

To start of with, this hotel is located at a distance of 2 kms from most of the activity areas around the city and mind you Jaisalmer is a pretty small town. The rooms are well maintained but noisy. The disappointing aspect is that this hotel deploys small children as staff which was quite concerning. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for family travelers.
