We reach late night but they initially do not understand booking voucher our booking was 2 superdeluxe room but they allotted deluxe room but later they allotted our booking room. But stay was excellent, cleanliness good, hygiene good, safety good

A great experience of international standard.

The stay was terrible the staff were very rude and not at all supportive. They were nerd and we had to take n number of followup for small little stuff and also the amenities were not provided properly
