Matrix hotel location ok and food quality is very good & service good. Matrix ju. & sr. M amber person is too good. If second time given chance visit then i will stay in matrix hotel.

Good for business class. Need to modify the hotel rooms, it's comparatively dull of wall colours. Good service and food is also good.

the place and staff are good, but language barrire but at night when power cuts happen no backup is available, also in complementary breakfast you can avail 1 paratha only if you demand for a second it is chargeable ,poha was good 👍

Not a value of room booking guest.

They are not serious about booking customers; worst condition room provide after waiting. Whereas i already informed him about late check in. Room window was broken heavy noise come from roadside, bathroom is in dirty condition, and also bathroom window in broken. Inside storage almirah having heavy dust inside. No intercom facility. They confirm tv is working but total time no tv worked. After many follow-ups result is zero.

Over all room cleaning is not good, bad smell in the room. Television is not initially working. No provision of hot water. Cost per night comparatively very high. Out side view is also very dirty. Will never recommend to anyone.
