Through Makemy trip. Location was Easley located. It is located at best place of city. Amenities were fine.

Good property. Location is the best . Well maintained Neat rooms. Room service could be better. Avoid ordering cocktails Pros: The stay was comfortable The location was perfect Every destination we need to go was within walkable distance . The rooms was tidy . Cons: The lift was not working when the power went off Cocktails was not at all good

Stay was comfortable but it didn't feel value as per charges paid. They charged for drinking water. There was a switch that was broken and they couldn't change even after multiple reminders. They had a fridge in open corridor with beer bottles in it. Breakfast was not ready on time.

location is nice, property is old but clean. don't expect too much from the room. ok for a night stay. breakfast was nice & tasty.

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Maurya Palace. The location is excellent with easy access to the palace, zoo, and railway station. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were neat and clean. It’s also very budget-friendly, making it a good choice for families. The building is a bit old and the bathrooms are somewhat congested, but overall, it offers good value for money and a comfortable stay.

Very comfortable stay. The staff is very polite and accommodating. The rooms are vey spacious and worth the price that you pay. Overall highly recommend the place.

There was no parking space available as it was occupied by restaurant customers, so we had to park at a distance. In the evening, there was no hot water available, which was especially inconvenient as we were traveling with 1.5-year-old twins. No arrangements were made to provide hot water. Additionally, no towels were provided—we had to use our own clothes as towels. The cupboards were dirty and appeared to have not been cleaned for some time. Overall, it was a poor and disappointing experience.

This was really a better experience and all the Maurya residency staff have behaved well and everything was good

Receptionists response was not satisfactory. Toilets lock was not working

The room was average... but fine for this budget. However, the room service and house keeping are areas that call for a huge scope of improvement.. To me , that's the USP what calls you back to visit them again..

property location is on prime place, food is okay, but the room is terrible, 0 cleaniness , very old hotel and the maintenance is very low, they could do better job, some staffs are friendly mainly the restaurant people. need to improve a lot

it was budget friendly. staff were good . The only problem was with the toilet . The water will not flow properly through sewage.
