Staff were good enough but the room were not up to the mark they said it was an royal suite room but the it was not at all up to the mark.

Room service is good but restaurant food not good and also rate is very high . Washroom clean but maintanc is very poor. And hot water available . Food product are not good and included extra charge. Compaire to market

It is nice hotel in budget price .. It is near to the Bhavnagar terminus railway station. It is about 2 kilometers from the Roadways st stand ... Wi fi at the lobby is available .. Staff is also cooperative ... This hotel also provide bathing kit ... I got the room facing the main station road so it was little noisy but over all it was a great experience with hotel Mousam ...

Room location is not so good cleaning of the room is very bad and situation of the room is OK furniture is very old and Inside the room havy dust. Area also not good. Bus stand and every area far away from the hotel

Terrible Stay

There is a terrible smell in the entire hotel. This smell that appears to be a mix of mold, fungus, pesticide and paint thinner is intolerable and nearly impossible to sleep with its presence. No parking at or anywhere near the hotel. Staff were sleeping in the hotel lobby and had to be woken up for check-in and check-out. There is a large number of stray dogs all around the hotel entrance and can make unloading and reloading your car and very dangerous activity. Please avoid if you can have any other options. Sleep inside your car near a police station. Anything is preferable to this.

Take extra money after confirmation I have paid 1070 inr during online payment but missed to mention 2 guest the price for one or two guests is same as posted by MMT but hotel taken 350 extra at the time of check-out.

The experience wasn't good. They don't have jet spray in western toilets. Hotel Staff was polite but was not at all helpful in solving problem. Never tried the restaurant to be honest. Also don't visit this hotel if you are use to with western toilets.
