During my stay at the hotel, the room was clean and comfortable. The staff provided excellent service, and the amenities were satisfactory. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Despite of full payment done, he had told me during check-in “sir maine aapka room kisi auro ko de diya hai” and he given me opposite side another old hotel room and shifted me. He had not given me hotel which i booked
