Wash room was not clean. The toilet flush was broken. Wash room hanger was broken. Towels were not clean

Complimentary breakfast is very poor. Room is stafy & very dirty, poor mentainece,staff behaviour very good and cooperative.

Horrible Experience of Staying 1.Mini Fridge is not working it's showing only. 2.Room No. 207 Bathroom Lock in Not working. 3.Hotel Wifi is very poor Speed. 4. Bathroom Geyser Tap is not working in room no 208. This Is my review.

Staff behaviour is very good। But the problem is that they are no provide any kind of welcome goods in the room like tea, coffee, water। They are also not provide bathrooms product like soap, shampoo. Housekeeping facility is very poor. Telephone is not working। Wifi speed is , last of all there food is very poor. Those food you want to eat that food is unavailble of all time। They all time spaek sorry sir this food is unavalible at this moment this is so emberasment. They always pressured you that you try there food but food quality is so bad।so overall our experince was very bad

Property is well located , having space for car parking, Reastaurant is clean manned by well groomed , polite staff. Room service is also good. The only exception is poor housekeeping. The commode in our toilet was not flushing properly, when reported they promised to set things right on the same day. But the work was not attended even after 2 days when we left the property. The exhaust fan was also not working and our complaint was not attended till we left.

I stayed there from 19th to 21st July. It was a pleasant stay. The room was spacious, staff were friendly and the breakfast was average, The hotel is also at the good location. I would rate 4.5 out 5 overall

It was a good experience. I enjoyed the stay over there. But the deluxe room could have little bit more spacious
