Review Of Hotel MCM Towers

I stayed at this hotel for one night. It’s located very close to the main Rameshwaram temple—just a few steps away, which is very convenient. However, reaching the hotel by your own vehicle can be a bit tricky since the roads around the temple are quite narrow. The food was hygienic and tasty. I only had dinner here, as the breakfast didn’t have any South Indian options. The room was clean and well maintained, and the AC worked perfectly. I especially liked the stand provided for drying clothes — a thoughtful addition I haven’t seen in many hotels. One suggestion would be to extend the checkout time to 1 PM, which would be helpful for many guests. The staff was a bit reluctant to keep our luggage after checkout, so we had to carry it with us during a local auto-rickshaw tour for a few hours.

food is nice

The stuffs working there are very helpful and caring. Had a great stay, one star taken off just because we had some issues related to some small 🪳 around which can be seen when all lights are off.

Overall good experience. Hotel is very near to the Rameswaram temple. Their veg restaurant was surprisingly good. please note this hotel does not offer early check in.

Staying in MCM tower was my worst experience. The manager and the staff were rude and were not customer friendly. Their services were very poor. The breakfast they provided was insufficient. Forgot about the adults, I have seen children below 10 years were also complaining about the quantity of food.

location is excellent staffs are good, food is absolutely awesome in house dinning facility available which makes this hotel lucrative but cleanliness is not up to the mark, room is old fashioned with minimum maintenance

Rooms were pretty average. Bed linen and towels had lot of stains. Location is very good....near to temple east gate and beach....Food was also reasonably good... Car parking area is located away from hotel.....quite tricky to reach if you own a larger SUV.....

Rooms not clean cockroaches in room washroom not clean the price is way high and not hygienic think before you book

Property very very close to Temple which is prime importance. However thr road leading to is very narrow. That's fine. Food served was very good. Staff excellent.

Hotel was okay, walkable distance to agni theertham and temple, however, Cockroaches over the bed, no south meal option

Manimaran, the manager, is very helpful and resourceful. Our trip was very successful when the streets were overcrowded due Mahalaya Amavasya. The staff of MCM towers were also good. the food is North Indian and enjoyed it after 8 hours of Rituals and que at temple. Very happy trip indeed.

hotel was good, close to agnitirtham,n ramnath swami temple,food availablity is ok ok, by restaurant,staf behaviour was good, only one thing after check out he was not ready to keep our luggage 4-5 ****** his premises.

We really enjoyed the stay at MCM Towers. The Hotel is very well maintained. An added advantage was its proximity to Rameswaram Temple. Staff were co,-operative. The restaurent served very good North Indian food. During the entire duration of our stay, we never had food outside.

Old property no intercom no room service no tea/coffee maker, bathroom was not clean,food at the restaurant was good though close to temple. Basic facilities are missing with this price tag.

okay but I have MakeMyTrip promises there was no water in room need improvement in rooms as per make my trip

excellent location. near temple and qgni theerdham. walking distance to temple. food are average. amenities are very bad condition. fan regulator not working. services are also very poor.

Location near to temple, food north Indian style, water bottle not provided in the rooms, Rooms clean ok, but cockroachs in the rooms.
