Fern Amritsar stays up to its name. Good location, various facilities in hotel property itself. The only back drop of my stay was the room had no latch for bathroom, with that said its value for money and worth staying. It's close to all prominent places and situated at nice location in the city.

I was in Amritsar to visit Golden Temple and I stayed in this hotel for two days. The location of the hotel is very convenient. Rooms are luxurious, comfortable and large. The cleanliness of the hotel is maintained. Hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. They serve delicious food in the hotel. Service of the hotel is good. They provide facilities like restaurant, Wi-Fi, parking.

Very nice hotel staff is goog but room size is small value of money walking distance to Railway station next time I will book this hotel again an again bathroom neat and clean service are good.

The main issue was the reception boy. He was only interested in his mobile and never even looked at me while i was asking him some query. No wifi in the room, not even on the floor. You need to come to the reception to use the wifi. The cover of the bed-sheet was worn out and had stain. When i told him he simply said it is what it is ( in hindi ). He even denied a blanket but i got it after int-old the manager. The washroom had a big opening via the exhaust dean towards the lobby. Which is a privacy issue.

Rooms are very small but location is very good, facilities are average. Restaurant is not available in hotel. Rooms are not as good in deluxe category. Hotel staff behaviour is average. Room only suitable for couple only, separate bed is not available. Also area of room is not sufficient for single bed for child.

It was a good experience foe travel to Amritsar, Golden Temple andoat important was wagah border. Hotel is near to main road and navigation was easy for rest of the locations ... Parking space is available there and good food is also available at nearby restaurants or dhabas ...
