It was a good experience, everything was just OK, staff are helping mind and kind, I will go there again next time, it very near the Railway Station, and the good thing is there is lots of magazines in the reception but the reception very small, and there is no parking at the hotel

Good for small visits.
They do not consider little bit extra time in check out although hotel is empty. It's very uncomfortable for me. I don't like their behavior. I found my room overall average as there is no exclusive in it.

No value for money and poor room service
No proper room service, no water in wash room flush, the room was okay not up to mark with the bed roll with stains and the breakfast was given in room with no extra service here the value for money is almost zero. Sorry

Hot water unavailable to Bath. Water was muddy. Unable to Bath. Very pathetic. How MMT review hotel? How can suggest with inspection? Staff felt helpless and not have solution. Business person like me could not reach on time.

Good & clean room. Good Breckfirst, good location near railway station. Connectivity to city is good. Transport facility from here is good. Checking time flaxible. WiFi ( internet facility is there) with good speed.

Easy location and approach
soloVery convenient hotel for those on official trip and travel by train. Exactly opposite the railway station makes the approach easier. Rooms are normal with basic amenities. Not a luxury hotel and may not be appropriate for family pleasure trips. Reasonably good service and pleasant staff.

Location
Parking facility is pathetic. Cleanliness was a bit of a concern: there were cockroaches which we had to get cleared. The overall good point was the location and the ease of connectivity from this place to any other place in Surat. They are well priced

Hotel was good and easy
Hotel was good and easy to find because it's near to railway station. Room was clean and good. Service was excellent. Money well spent on this hotel. Food was also great and the location was not so good but it's okay.

Parking not available
The hotel owner asked to park the vehicle behimd hotel in some trash. The area was full of garbage and was smelling very bad. Please consider the parking iasue very well once you plan your trip by car to Surat

Nice clean and comfortable
Really it's a wonderful stay at Hotel Merit. Hotel is at centre located. Near to railway station and near to bus station. Food is awesome really nice food. Hotel is nice clean and comfortable rooms. Supportive staff. Really it's a paisa vasool hotel

Average experience
Average experience didn't allowed early check-in, even the rooms are free else OK experience. Nothing expected much in that price bracket. Hotel is just a throw away from station having a good room service and food.

Hotel has good location
I am staying here with our company's delegates, hotel location is very good and ahead of railway station it's good point also have good cleanliness of rooms. Hotel service is good. All our all things I liked but only one major problem is parking which is take down hotel reputation its have general parking which is sharing with two other hotels and only 5 car can park, I am waited for 30min to take out car from parking every day... After all time wasting hotel... I recommend to not stay with car...

Best hotel to stay near railway station area
I commute regularly to Surat for business purpose. By far this is the best hotel with rate and rooms in the area. Complimentary breakfast is a cherry on the cake. Hot water all the time. The only part on which they can be better is to offer more menu item for ordering.
