The hotel situated near to Sir Ganga Ram Hospital so that why I have selected to stay here. Food was goos and staff service and room cleanliness was amazing. If I get chance to stay again, definitely I would like to select the same hotel.

Had a great stay, the Hotel from their Side gave me a complimentary upgrade of the room, the room was awesome, and the reception staff is very good, thanks Metro Heights and make my trip

Bad bathroom

Very bad bathroom, completely different from the picture shown in the booking site, please dont misguide the customers, very bad type of bucket and mug, towel very very untidy and had holes in it, very bad quality toiletries, no dental kit, very less lights in the room, no internal latch, not even 1 drinking complimentary bottle in the room, not the type of room I expected, please dont fool customers by showing pick of other type of room.
The bathroom as shown in the booking site is not there, it is a very cheap type of bathroom, not enough lights in the room, I would not recommend this type of room, because of the bathroom, a very bad type of mug and bucket, an untidy towel with holes in it, very bad experience.

Overall, it's a good experience at Hotel Metro.

Good hotel, Room are neat. It was a value for money. The facilities provided by the hotel we're awesome. Cleanliness maintained by the staff. Of course hotel located at prime area. Overall, I can say that it's good choice to stay at hotel Metro.

Good experience by staying in your hotel food was good if I come to New Delhi again I will be preferring to stay there again room rates was ufordable and room service was good location was nice walkable distance from metro station

Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Staff is cooperative. Location is very near to market & near to all monuments & walking distance from metro station. Food quality is excellent. Local transport available. Very good hotel.

Comfortable stay, service was quick and satisfying. No major complains regarding the management of the hotel. The rooms provided were hygenic and convenient. Major advantage was that it was few minutes away from main market. Relationship Manager sitting at the front desk was very good. Food Quality was very good and presentation was also good.

All well ... Rooms were uptomark. Food quality was good. Staff cooperative even reaching mid night. Hotel was reachable and situated in the heart of business hub. Would recommend to traveller travelling for business purpose.

Nice hotel good rooms privacy only did not understand why they needed my wifes id as well when I am showing my ID. Good location good surroundings ... Good room size ... 200 words is too much to type don't have so much time .. Reduce to 100

Very good staff. Location is at the centre of Delhi. Perfect to go in any direction. Staff is helpful. Food is also nice. Cannot look any further when in Delhi. With family on vacation or for business. Metro station is also at walking distance. Great stay

Everything seems good, except for the charging plugs. Little more cleanliness. Staff should change dress daily otherwise a stale smell remains in room on their visit. White tube light should be replaced with daylight it's good for eyes and ambiance.

Hotel was very good for family, excellent location, nice staff, only shortfall was the tv. Set top box was not functioning properly.
