We paid for large rooms. However the hotel staff gave us a small room. Feeling cheated.

Room is very small. Near to hospital and railway station. So noise of railway and ambulance noise is disturbing in night.

Very dirty bed sheets and blankets. Location is good but no trained staff or reception counter dirty bed sheets and very dirty wash rooms no heater available in wash room.
