A not so bad stay in Hotel Mid Town

The place was noisy being in the city. Transport was convenient from there. In the evening, we ordered Manchurian and Rice. They brought it from outside and didn't prepared it themselves in the hotel. They need to improve their canteen. The food part was the only point of concern for me. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

The hotel is located at a nice location. The exam center educate infotech is hardly 3 kms from the hotel with public transport available. The staff was well behaved. Overall a decent experience.

The stay at this hotel was good. It was a solo official trip. The hotel was neat and clean. The location of the hotel was convenient, it was just 1 km away from the bus stop and the surrounding area of the hotel was noisy. The room was average and the staffs were also good.

Room was spacious. Washroom wasn’t adequate. Staff was good. Station was in a walking distance of 10 minutes. Hotel was near to crossroads, everything was accessible from there.

When I have checked in the hotel, they provide me a room without a system of outdoor lock,and with a dirty toilet ( adjacent to the staff toilet). And Hotel was not listening the problem they are ignoring when I complain. by complain they changed my room but still it have open electrical joints, dusty celing fan ,and without dustbin . Staff was also not helpful. One thing was good that they allow me to stay one hour more without extra charging. I have requested to them because my work has not completed until 12 PM.

The rooms in the hotel were very congested and small. The washroom was not clean. There was some construction problem in the washroom. The services were not so much satisfactory. The staff was good.

The location of the Hotel was away from the railway Station but it was a peaceful place to stay in. I didn't take the food from them because it was very costly. In make my trip's website, it was shown that free wifi and geyser were there but they didn't provide that. The room was not clean, dustbin was full of litter and dust under the bed also. Overall it was not a good stay.

For what is available in this locality, this is better!
