Terrible stay
The hotel was my first terrible experience. The photographs shown and actual were hell apart. No options for breakfast. No one was attending phone call for orders. I cut my visit by a day. Insects and cockroaches all around with mosquitoes.

Average Stay
The property was under renovation. The Mattress was a bit hard and not so comfortable. The window was broken and can't be opened for ventilation. However it was an average stay compared to value for money.

charges breakfast but not given staff behaviour very poor this is not make my trip level hotel so not showing this hotel makemy trip side

Poor Stay
At the time of check in they had not provided towels. Even i asked 2 times but they didn't provide the same. Then i visited the reception counter this morning to collect a towel and a bath shop. Which type of services is this and they are charging different rates and services for the same room. They have 24 hrs check in system in low rate but as we book through mmt they charge hire rate with 12pm to next day 12pm check in rules. Price is very high compared to other hotels. This romm rate should not be higher than 1000

Hotel did not issue me an invoice even after multiple requests since the booking was made through makemytrip
