Everything was terrible, too much dirty, AC not working properly, hotel also useless

Rooms are on 2nd & 3rd floor and there is no lift in the hotel. Talking about the washrooms, it has old taps & old showers. Overall this hotel not recommended for family stay.

Rooms are small and highly overrated for the experiance provided. Also basic aminities like teabags etc were not provided.

Don’t have a proper parking moreover there is no cctv in the parking area. Our car windscreen is got damaged after we park the car in parking area and when we raise this with the manager of the hotel he behaved very rudely and said this is not his fault and when we ask for the parking cctv he told that there is no cctv in parking area. Very disappointed.

Hotel is normal for ac room non ac room is big and goid for family rates are reasonable 3500 and 2500 wakable distance from beach

Location is near miramar beach but this beach has lost its significance, no happening things around. The in room menu card differs significantly from the actual price offered by the attached restaurant named the chocolate room. One veg sandwich costs 169 where as in room menu it is mentioned 129. Not a value for money

The room was spotless, and housekeeping did an excellent job maintaining it throughout my stay. Room 310 was spacious, well-maintained, and had a modern decor with stylish touches. The bed was large and comfortable, offering a restful night’s sleep. The staff at vivanta miramar were attentive and friendly, from the reception supriya, janak and virjendra were great and very frendly. They made sure all my requests were handled promptly, including room service and extra amenities. The hotel staff's professionalism added a lot to the overall experience. The bathroom was spacious and modern, featuring both a shower and bathtub. It was well-stocked with high-quality toiletries and had a clean, fresh feel. Thanks to pratik and his very hardworking team. The quality of the food was excellent. The on-site restaurant was great for dinner as well, providing both delicious meals and a nice ambiance. Great job by chef anand and uday in restaurant.

staying at this hotel was extremely good experience except food.. breakfast was terrible..don't order tea sandwiches😄..but location hotel staff cleanliness was superb..

This is a budget friendly hotel in miramar and is located close to the beach. Room is clean. Staffs provided better support and guidance

Not the cleanest sheets or blanket. Walls and balcony could definitely do with a paint touch up. But yea, sheets and blankets definitely need to be changed
