We had a mixed experience during our stay. Pros: • Premium rooms are spacious and comfortable. • Location is convenient, around 2.5 km from the railway station. Cons: • Deluxe room size is inconsistent — suitable for one family but cramped for others. • Premium rooms were not properly cleaned; one bathroom had no light and the bed sheet wasn’t changed until we requested it. • The property is located in a narrow area, which wasn’t as expected. • Staff should pay more attention to customer needs and room preparation.

Overall good experience.Little politness needed during check in procedure.Rest things are good.

The location is not good, the surroundings are very local and uncomfortable. Rooms are very small. Washrooms were having insects like mosquitoes.

We booked room for family 4 members. Room was specious enough to accommodate 4 members comfortably. Hotel was near to bus stand and has good connectivity. However cleanliness was not up to the mark. Toilet was not cleaned properly, bedsheet was dirty.

Location is very close CBS bus stand. And services were fine. Hospitality is very good.

AC was not effective. Even after complain, there was no reaction from Reception.

Room not clean properly and room not mentain as per Room charge

Toilet are attached on rooms one can, no any precaution of safety. No exhaust fan. No soap and Shampoo

Overall it is ok for one day stay but there is no cleaning we found hairs everywhere so i don’t recommend this hotel to new travellers rather go for air bnb

Good stay for a short period. They gave us early check in and room was neat and hot water available. We had to check out early the same day so post request they dint charge extra for early check in charges.

Hotel was clean and maintained . Rooms and washrooms were also clean and hygienic. Room was spacious with all basic amenities like tea, coffee , kettle , water, TV , all out etc

bedsheets, chaddar, pillow covers are not changed, hard copy of Final Bill receipt is not received, and online soft copy also not sent, it's average hotel to stay with family
