Service is very poor. No hot water facility. Dirty bedsheet. Not clean properly

Location is good, but room condition is terrible showers are broken. No tv working, smelly room with poor air circulation

Cleanliness wasn't upto the mark. Dust and litter under the bed including empty plastic bottles and even Durex. Was embarassing to see it when someone is staying along with their parents.

very poor! customer service is very bad. hot water was not there. The first day and next day they gave mineral water after we demand. bathroom was not cleaned. pillow and bed were dirty. totally a worst expeience.

I had a very pleasant stay overall — the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and well-maintained, and the location was convenient. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the quiet atmosphere. However, the only downside was the hot water. It either took too long to heat up or didn’t stay consistently hot, which made showering a bit frustrating. I hope this can be improved for future guests, as everything else was truly enjoyable.

it's location is excellent, in the middle of the market. The room size is large.
