Review Of Hotel Moon International

The recently renovated rooms are perfect and very comfortable for a great stay. Beautiful view from the large windows and great service from the staff made our stay very comfortable

I had denied the booking by hotel owner on the day of check in and he had cancel-led the booking on his own. No refund is made to me. I have already raised the issue with make my trip. So kindly help me out and refund my booking amount.

We were delighted by the warmth shown by the staff at the hotel during our entire stay. The hotels location, view from the rooms, food, everything else was excellent

The hotel seemed to be recently renovated and new. The services were very good, the food was warm and tasty. The best was the easy access and ample parking. In the city yet outside the hustle bustle of the town. Very good hotel

The room we were allotted was very spacious and clean and seemed recently renovated. The view of the snow clad mountains and valleys was marvellous. We would return to this hotel for sure.

Room was not OK, even though I informed about my check-in time and date. The washroom is not proper TV is not functioning.

It was a memorable stay at the Hotel Moon International Shimla, we had a very nice and comfortable stay. The rooms and the view from the room was awesome. The food was also very tasty

Service in the hotel was very bad. Only few staff was there. Breakfast was repeated and same very day. the management of the hotel was very poor and unsatisfactory. i will never go back again to this hotel in my entire life.

The hotel location is far away from the market place. The rooms are lousy, the water supply goes off frequently, the hot water comes only in the morning that too for very short time and after telling the guys there, the reception does not answer your calls after 10 pm and during the day also. You have to follow up for each service you need, even after that they wont give proper service. Even the electricity went off twice during the day time. There is no housekeeping till you stay so no feeling of water jugs, no changing of bed sheets and no cleaning.

Bath tub was not at all in usable condition. Even after request, no one did turn up to fix it.

Hotel facilities were good.

Not so good experience. 1. Bathroom Facilities are not at all soothing. No exhaust in bathroom, Tubs and toilet are not at all maintained. No bathroom mats. No prompt hot water. 2. Electrical works and plug points are pathetic. Plug points aren't working and Refrigerator was not in service. 3. Room cleanliness is fine and sheets were fine. Mattress were not so comfortable and were a little hard. 4. Parking service was somehow adjusted. 5. Surroundings were maintained below standard to the money paid.

Picture are different from orignal, staff not co-operative. Do not recommend

Worst hotel and services never ever want to stay at thos hotel again, the best part was when at the time of check out I was asking for a glass of water the fromt desk guy replied it is chargeable 40 ra woww wat a reply it was

Very Poor service, They have not kitchen inside, Bigger problem, Room intercom Telephone not working, Bathroom taps not working properly. Even They have not hotel visit card. I never suggest to anybody choose this hotel. Service is very poor. They charge high amount and not provide basic facilities Like, Intercom, Night lamp not working etc.

Good location, drive in. Nice comfortable rooms tasty food and clean bed sheets and washrooms. Everything was nice and comfortable. Kids loved the food and we were looked after well starting from the check in uptill checkout

Total waste of money there is very poor quality of food, there is no water in bathroom in day time. Service is very poor also, I have visited many states for vacation in last 2 years but this trip was very poor because of this hotel.

Poor room; poor condition, No cleaning, very old interior, remote location, Even dirty quilt, Bathroom pathetic; electric light temporary, no words to explain hotel even how MMT include this in hotel list
