The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. Breakfast offered with a wide variety of food. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is just perfect for a walk around the city centre

Dining was not being served through reception, we have to call some outsider, there was no basic medicine facility, even after saying i had to go and purchase locally. Even the name of the hotel is also taj residency in place of moon residency. Google location is also 1km far from the original location.

Pathetic hotel stay

- pathetic hotel stay, where we faced - water issues, twice power cut daily on an avg, even got current shocks from wash-basin & other taps that the management adhered. No food stall or restaurant nearby, so had to purchase food from the hotel itself at a higher price. Yes, hotel shifting was offered, but was not possible after an entire day's hard-work and 2 days sleeplessness. - train is at 5 pm, no room allocation for us since 11 am. Now i am sitting beside a dustbin, a literal "dirty dustbin" which is actually making me think do i deserve this. The entire waiting room is packed up, nowhere to go thus our place is where all are spitting & keeping luggage.

Worst staff and management, poor facilities

Stayed at a worst place in my life, never ever book this place, the staff is rude and don’t know how to behave. No breakfast was given to us for free and it was mentioned, stayed for 3 days and paid for breakfast everyday. Plus for three days no one cleaned the room, manager is always on call and hardly listens to customers. No soap in the room, no dental kit available. I booked for 20, 21, 22 october 2023. very bad
