it was a really horrible experience staying in this hotel the room was so dirty and the walls had tobacco stains on every wall I requested the receptionist to clean them but he didn't do anything I will never suggest anyone to stay here.

Hot water gysers not available, rooms are very conjuncted, narrow washroom, staff cooperative, location wise not good, very narrow road with maze and meander

Food taste is taste less lasy fan in hotel room use harsh during request for better facilities of food and room

Property location is so enterior in very narrow gali, no sign board of hotel food quality is cheap n costly hotel provide just one room in 700rs share bathroom and toilet for entire floor in non attach room there is no mirror no ward rob no telephone in room even they don't provide drinking water towel soap etc i had very bad experience here overall it is very costly and not worthy we can get easily that type hotel in less than half rate of this

Hotel environment is good, staff is polite and humble, sevices and food provided by hotel is also good

That was not hotel. It was dharmshala types. Terrible. Staff is not supporting. Too much dirty. No bed sheet. Not clean room. Un hygiene. Never go there. It was nightmare

No room service, extra charge from guest, no tv function, ac not working, no soap available, hotel side extra charge from guest. They are very bad hotel and services.
