Stay was good but the television was not working

worst hotel I have ever visited. waste food, they say warm water is available 24*7 but the water was so chilled. hotel staff was rude. very far from most of the location. I would not recommend this place.

Room lock was not working. Not worth the price. Room was not clean. Dental kit was not given. Bodywash was not given. Rooms were not given adjacent even after prebooking in advance.

Pros : resort location and view point is good. The room size is big with an extra bed provided. More food variety. Cons : no children's play area. Garden maintenance is not so good. More varieties of food but the taste is average. The breakfast menu is very limited. Overall average stay. 3. 5

Hotel view is good, very good views, best hotel stay out of ooty as ooty is too crowded, but food is not good

Good stay. Nice place to visit. Recommend for family. Only challenge is that it is on the hair pin bend 8. But if you like driving then very good to stay in this place. Food service was really good.

Amazing stay with a good view through the windows and balcony. The rooms and washroom were neat. Food was fabulous. And staff were genuine n supportive throughout our stay.

Hotel was terrible… Unhygienic, no cleanliness at all.. it was very difficult to stay even to use wash basin to wash hands … full of mosquitoes, flies.. Not a single hotel it is.

Cleanliness could have been better. The wall paint had completely came off due to wet walls and the room was not clean as expected. There was too many houseflies inside the room.

Room had a great view. Only drawback is the narrow road which lead there. Otherwise a scenic stay in the tea state garden. Loved the vibes!

The hotel is more like a dharamshala. Very overpriced as per the services provided. Bathrooms were stinking, floors were sticky, furniture was old, broken. Deluxe room is very congested. Will not recommend this to anybody. We booked two rooms for two nights, even mm t was not able to give us a replacement/ compensation in spite of highlighting immediately on the first day. Very unhappy with the service provided.

No proper room service and worst food delivery service no water supply was found on premises totally worst booking so refund my back from the hotel the, service person was so rude tho

Very calm and sceneric hotel, rooms are very neat and well maintenance spacious, foods also tasty especially morning breakfast superb. Overall nice stay.

Review: we checked out 1 day before but there is no refund provided and also food cost is very much high.

The property was very well maintained and the people working here are very friendly and catered to our needs very well. We will definitely be returning here 🙂

The property is great and well maintained. The food quality is very good. Only timing of break fast can improve. They serve breakfast only by 8. 30 am while they say its 8 am. For a tourist location it should be earlier and punctual.

Location was outside of ooty. But the view from the hotel was awesome. Food can be improved. On first day of stay faced hot water problem
