I went to katra with my family. We stayed at mount view hotel. It's a good hotel very hygienic, clean, cooperative staff. Food is also good in its private restaurant. I would recommend it to everyone. Best part its in budget. Located near market.

Hotel was clean and so comfortable, service was quick and great, food was awesome and tasty. Superb view of mountains from room. It’s a must visit hotel. Over and above the staff was so polite and helpful.

I stayed there for 3 nights with my family. My stay was really comfortable. Rooms allotted for me were really nice. Basic things were there. Hotel staff was nice and polite. I would specially mention that hotel manager mr kotwal is really nice person, he guided for all trips amd smooth stay. Its location is in station road and walkable distance to main market. Food is also very nice. They have their own restaurant and serve at room also.

Location good, food is also good, hygiene not very good as one or two flies and mosquitoes were there in the room washroom also not very good

Staying here for consecutive 5 years with my family and they never disappoint us, may it be service, cleanliness Hygiene and main thing HOSPITALITY. Location is best which walking distance to market, bus stand, yatra parchi counter. Provides car for helipad. Complete value for money. My parents are always happy being here and I don't have to worry about anything when I leave for darshan and they wait for helipad. Thanks

Hotel was simply awesome in terms of service and value for money. Staff was really supportive, this was my 2nd visit to Jammu, last time I was in a 5 start hotel buy this time I choose mount view, and this time I am more satisfied.
