Review Of HOTEL MOUNT VIEW

There was a lot of used tobacco in the corners of the bed which was making an awful smell. Overall very dirty room

Room is good. And tv, washroom also good condition

The hotel rooms i had booked were not available in that hotel and the hotel manager told me that i did not receive any mail from the company. And get your booking done somewhere else, book any other hotel. The hotel manager told me that whatever company you have booked, i did not receive any mail from the company. That's why i don't have any room vacant. Please book a hotel somewhere else and cancel the booking of this room.

Terrible experience with mount view

The stay was bad. Because. The condition of rooms was not at all good. It was terrible. Neither the bathroom was cleaned nor the room was cleaned. Before checking in the room and bathroom was not cleaned. And also they have charged me extra for changing the room. The cleanliness of the rooms was not good. Also the blanket provided were also not washed. Neither the bedsheet was changed

I have booked 2 rooms and used only one room washroom. Another room washroom was not working.

It's good location of hotel and room also good condition..staff also good behaviour and House keeping.and also good price of rent.everything all okay.

No towels at all, tv not working, in pics they show other rooms and in reality rooms are hell

The hotel is well located and the terrace gives you a nice view. Thats where the positives end. The owner doesn't seem to care about how to run the hotel which has potential. The room was in pathetic state, had no windows and felt very dark and damp. It had seepage and seemed broken. There were dangling wires in bathroom. Please try to avoid this hotel.

Location and food was fine, hygiene & safety was normal.

Hotel Staff Was Very Friendly, The Hotel's Restaurant Food Is Very Delicious. The Kitchen Staff Is Very Polite In Behavior.Mr Vikas Is So Helpful Watever We Need They Immediately arrange Such Things For Like If We Want Anything From Outside Mr Vikas Always Sends Their Staff To Bring Us Those Things At The End I Would Like To Invite everyone To Visit For A Wonderful Hotel Experience!!❤❤

Hotel decline to give room. However MakeMyTrip arrange another room in another hotel.

Very unpleasant and disastrous stay. While booking room pics uploaded looked decent but once we reached we were shocked to see pathetic condition of rooms. Bedsheets, pillow cover as well as blanket were untidy, had a very bad smell. Washroom was in a total sorry state, it had no flush seat. No towel or any toiletry was provided. In Crux my stay was a total disaster and an utter waste of money.

Very bad experience, behavior of hotel person is not good, room is without mirror, they just dealing casually with customer. Employe is doing his job but don't understand his responsibility how treat with customer.
