A very warm welcome by the hotel staff. The location is prime and pristine. Also, breakfast and dinner were quite good. Very recommendable property for couples and families.

Great staff over here at hotel mount view. The stay was nothing short of exceptional. The most incredible experience i have ever had. From the moment we stepped in the staff were unbelievably friendly and accommodating specially the staff raj sahil vishal om puram abhishek and narender they are very good and very courteous they served us very well. Kuldeep from live counter personally took our choice and made us special dishes with mr. Raj cooperation.

the experience was awesome 24 hours hot water ,centrally ac and also heater so as per requirement you can switch mood.thw view was beautiful and very well maintained. Live music was another level overall a very Lively environment and a carefully staff with a very good and tasty food. special shout out for Vishal and Abhisek indeed they made sure our stay was pleasant and made sure whatever we needed they arranged for us.thbakbyou for the warm and great hospitality ❤️

Our stay was comfortable. Location is just at the dalhousie bus stand. Food here is good, sunil and sahil made sure that our stay is comfortable and enjoyful. Good hotel to stay with family and friends.

We stayed here for 2 nights in luxury suit. Very good stay overall. Hotel is very well maintained, rooms are spacious. Food is awesome, variety of options in breakfast and dinner. Staff is good. Highly recommended

We stayed here for two days and this is one of the best stay i had. Hotel staff is amazing and very helpful, especially sunil, bobby and restaurant manager sahil and vishal. View from the hotel was also fabulous

Location wise the property is pretty good and bobby, abhishek, sunil, om & sahil done a fantastic job in terms of hospitality. Food was decent and staff is humble to take your request. I would recommend people to book a stay at this property.

Very pleasant stay with nice view of the mountains. The staff is very helpful and the property is beautiful. The common area has an amazing view of the mountains and bonfire and live music in the night adds cherry on the cake. Rooms are spacious and room service is also quick. Raj from their hotel staff had been supportive throughout our three day stay and very proactive. Food was above average but can be improved further.

Staff was very friendly and proffesional also they treat us like their family members. Also they always answer with smiling face. Rooms were very comfortable and spacious with fully equipped rooms amenities. Also the qualities of amenities was great and fantastic. I would specially mention the name of your food and beverage manager mr. Raj saklani who really took great care of us and served very well in all the area. Location of this hotel is very convenient and easy to walk to the market as well. We have visited all the major tourist spot which raj suggested us during our stay and we enjoyed it much. Specially chamera lake and khajjiar or dan kund he gave us very deep knowledge of khajjiar and dan kund including goddess bhadrakali temple and history as well. Over all i do not have to say much as this was one of the best hotel i have been to so far. This is the place to relax yourself from the busy life and hospitality offered was at peak. The staff being employed had great working experience and the food being offered was at par. In short one should definitely keep this resort in mind while planning a trip to dalhousie. We stayed for two nights with my husband and our experience becomes very memorable. I am very greatful to raj for being nice with me and my family the food which he served to me i still remember that when i am seat-ting at dining table at my home.

A luxury hotel with spacious rooms, beautiful grounds, and so many amenities. Overall it was a great and very happy experience in the cocktail of many small small facilities like hyegine, decoration rooms location and many more things that makes our stay and experience great and most importantly it was value for money. I had many hotel experience but one i remember the most is the hotel mount view dalhousie. It is nearer to the station and with great lighting and decoration. And interior too. The rooms and pods are large and very very cleaned. The hotel is centre of the city and near to many places that you want to visit. Also hotel gives additional facilities like its own restaurant and bar cultural program and many more in my opinion if you ever want to visit mount view dalhousie than it will be your no. One choice. I would like to thanks tomr. Raj he is one of the best hospitality gentlemen i have seen in the hotel who really make you ensure that everything should be perfect in your stay. Special compliments to sunil and vishal also who are also being nice with us during our stay.

I’m personally recommend this hotel because of its location and climate is very excellent. Services are very good and night singing programs can relax your whole day. Staff is of top hospitality standard. Food service is top notch. Highly recommend for all ultra luxury people. Mr om is amazing in my whole trip he had serve us like a family.
