My friend suggested this property to me i looked at it up on mm t and found it wonderful. Seeing the pictures i just booked it and i was mesmerized when i actually visited it. It's incredibly placed. Anyone who loves plants and pretty skies gonna love this place. The people there at the property are very nice and kind. And the best thing was the amazing food.

Had an excellent time at mount view heritage. The location of the property is breathtaking - you wake up to so many birds chirping outside your room. Paradise for a bird watcher. Some of the furry animals on the property (cats and dogs) are very friendly and some (mongooses, monkeys and giant red squirrels) are shy yet playful! the staff is warm and the food delicious! eat nowhere else. Would love to come back to this property every year!

Property is cozy and idyllic. Cottage core aesthetics. Their food is top notch and very delicious. The views from outside is mesmerising. The amenities and services from their housekeeping are very good.

The property location is near to many sightseeing points and it is on the main road so we don't need to worry about that. If we talk about the property this is one the best property with the view of the valley and feel like we are in the dense forest, too quiet place. The best part of the property is the staff, i have never seen this helpful staff they make you feel like you are at home and the owner of the property is too kind. Must visit this fantastic hotel i can bet you won't regret it.

A detoxifying encounter with nature

A beautiful homely place where you feel like time travel-led back to 1900’s. A beautiful old nunnery converted into to hotel and currently run by 4th generation parsi family. Near to the road but yet feels like you are in cradle of nature. The view from the property is breathtaking where you get to see the valley, a meandering krishna river and the sahayadri mountain range. If you are a nature lover this is the place to be. The colorful pelargoniums, balsams, bougainvilleas, poinsettias, hibiscus, tall eucalyptus, silver oaks, jackfruit trees and so many others makes a picturesque landscape. The garden unlike other manicured ones looks an extension of the villa and very natural. As an amateur bird watcher my wife could spot orange minivet, variety of bulbuls, kookaburra and flycatchers. The vicinity has peafowls and mongoose as well. If you opt for food, you will be served with parsi food made by mars vera, mother of the house herself. Menu is set and modest but yet elaborate and refreshing. Seen few negative comments in reviews before we came here. All i can say you should be open and have the taste bud to appreciate different cuisines. Wherever you stay in panchgani you will find good view but there is something about this place. The place gives a dak bungalow vibes and we shouldn’t compare it with facilities of regular hotels or resorts. The staff is very friendly and courteous. Rare to see staff speaking so highly about their employers. Came back with memories to cherish for long and hoping to come back soon.

Excellent, clean and well maintained accommodation. Very courteous support staff. They made our stay extremely comfortable with mouthwatering delicious food. We felt we were at home. Owner took time out to check if we were comfortable.

Pros- 1. The rooms are nice and clean with all amenitites. 2. The food is great and some of the starters are parsi food which was great. 3. There is tt court which can be used if interested. 4. The surrounding nature and mountain view with sunrise and sunset is relaxing. 5. The room service is excellent. Cons: 1. Its a little expensive for middle class but its worth every penny. 2. Extra charges for lunch.

We stayed for 3 days, the rooms were clean and comfortable, food was good, though only parsi menu is available, staff is generally good. The best thing about this place is the location, surrounded in greenery and calm atmosphere and awsome view, its best for spending a quiet stay and just enjoying the ambience. Worth the price and definitely would recommend the place.
