Location of the hotel is next to railway station. This is really beneficial from many even though it could get noisy at times. I arrived at hotel late at 10.30 Pm but the staff was there to receive me, carry my luggage to room. I was even served tasty food. It was very late, so the food was brought from outside. Room was spacious, all basic amenities was there, couple of towels plus a hand towel was also there. I doubted this because Kavali is a small town. Room boy service was good. They even returned some money saying room cost reduced, can you believe that.

Hotel is not given room they are telling ask to makemy trip. They are not providing rooms. Already booking is done they are saying to customer. I am doing compliment to makemy trip

Hotel good, MMT is worse, poor customer service, no update in hotel address correctly, its showing in Nellore, but hotel is in kavali station, Nellore district, customer service is worse, total loss of money, no refund

Wash room worst. Tv not working. Ac they put randomly 24 we can't change they set like this not friendly nature. Im not took i vacte evening it self
