The stay was comfortable and the valley view was beautiful. The staff is helpful and polite. the amenities were good and rooms were clean.

Nice rooms. Neat and clean. Staff were very cooperative. The best thing is pick and drop up facility from hotel to Mall road.

Everything was good except the lift. It was not working. They have us 3rd and 4th floor rooms for senior citizens. Rest its all okay. Next day they gave us 2nd floor rooms.

The room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay — including a cozy bed, modern bathroom, and reliable Wi-Fi. Housekeeping did an excellent job maintaining cleanliness throughout my visit.

It was amazing stay with an amazing sunset view. Food was good and staff was very nice and very professional.

rooms are good but hotel location little bit difficult to find. Mall road is 1-2 km from hotel hotel provide you pick and drop facility but in same price you can get room near mall road

Water jugs were not clean, there were many flies in the room. Quite unhygienic

Hotel Service was very ordinary. Also room cleanliness was an issue. Spare Quilt and pillow were dirty.

Everyhing is good but only hotel is haunted and we cant sleep whole night. something wrong there.

Service is ok, found manager and few others were rude, Kedar and Harry are the best person of this hotel. Door locks were not working properly.
