No room service no bed sheets and blankets change no room cleaning service boys not clean

Wonderful experience in mvr grand.They are accepting check in at any time as per customer request...

Cleanness is zero. Hotel staff and hotel manager's behaviour is very very rude. please don't book this hotel. Hotel staff is no. 1 liar. My experience is very worst.

Check -In : it was smooth.Check-out process: Worst (0 Star) this is because of some stupid staff who handled the checkout process was forcing to give 5 star ratings during checkout, he even was kind of fight mode. Positives : The property is near to bus stop and has easy access to all nearby places that is the only benefit.

Location good,restaurant was not there, We booked suit room but no kettle, no cup no glass. Kettle was written Among amenities but didn't provide. Service good.the room they showed us first were full of cockroaches,then they changed it.

One. Of the worst hotel to stay, staff are so negligent to work. manager of the hotel is very rude manner less & high curropt person. They don't have details of the booking customers & even don't have scanner to scan i'd proofs & take pic from mobile. This create sensation that he will misuse the proofs. All the staff are indiscipline d no housekeeping for rooms, tv not function, not giving water bottles & towels. They make waiting for hours for every thing. Even hot water facility is stopped saying summer. U only enjoy your discount. Pathetic service

very nice hotel for a short stay in tirupati... close to bus stand an mainly to every other place ... staff is very polite and Co operative .. rooms were very comfortable and bathrooms were very clean.... thumbs up.. 👍

Good and economic stay for a normal family. Near to tirupati bus stop. Was proactive to confirm our stay and regular followups. Good in attending our reuqirements.

The hotel is below standard as per the price they charged. Stinky bed liner and broken switches. Room is allocated to 5 pax but only 4 adults can be comfortably sleep on the bed the room was not cleaned properly as the tiles were slippery and can cause slip and fall. Hot water was available only for 10 min, then gone, pathetic overall not a great experience, mm t should review the hotel before publishing it for selection.

D ere is no service done before hand. I called demo 3 times for flush in d toilet. In my another room ac was not working though dey have provided another room immediately. Overall d experience was average. Not bad also.

Stay is comfortable with sufficient car parking. Approach road is little difficult. Services ok. Good food joints nearby and bus stand is walkable. Railway station is near.

Bed was cozy, bathroom was very clean. Ac working fine. All amenities were fine. Soap and shampoo and towel were provided.

The pricing of the room is high for the facilities provided. The ambience is not as shown in the catalog. The location of the hotel is very interior to the main road and also inferior. The overall experience is very pathetic and will not suggest or recommend this to anyone.

Very average, not clean, very bad smell inside the room, a/c is not working properly, i asked room spray to remove dirty smell inside the room but the service person using some liquid like penoyil

Pros: location. Cons: bedsheets were not clean, only provided only 3 200 ml bottle. They charge more for 1 litter bottle than outside.
