worst hotel ever they're charging 179/- for breakfast for providing idly & vada dont chose this worst experience

the hotel bathrooms are horrible and the staff behaviour towards the customers also rude and first they should learn how to behave with and the staff also calls you so frequently and disturbs your work, better to avoid the stay in this hotel

Very good experience. very good staff - friendly and punctual properties maintained clean. rooms are spacious and clean. Washrooms have good hot water and clean. reception and administaff are accommodative for early and late checkin and check out. Getting cabs or rickshaw are efficiently arranged by the staff. Food is good, breakfast can improve. overall for a Town or small city, this is a very good option

This hotel does say, online booking persons are not allowed free breakfast. other amenities & service are good.

Rooms were decent sized. Had a comfortable double cot with good mattress and pillows, chair, teapoy, computer chair, TV and ACT digital with many number of channels. Food was reasonably priced and good (I am vegetarian so my review applies to vegetarian food). Location is near to commercial space of Eluru. Car parking space was there but entrance/exit was too narrow. One more issue with parking was there was no one to take care of people who are parking wrong way. Can be recommended for Family / Business stay.

the rooms were nice and big but not clean sheets were not washed there were pickle stains, hair on the sheets the floor had onions the bathroom had black mildew and the toilet had stains. early in the morning there was no hot water and after 7 the water was scalding hot and cold water tap also had hot water the staff tried to help but terrible management I will not stay there again and will not reco.mend to anyone. Room was spa house but it was very dirty The sheets had pickle stains and hairs They were not washed The toilet was disgusting

Ambience is good and clean. All are working except fan regulator is not working properly other wise staff is nice and addressed all my issues/questions on time. overall experience is good.

good for stay we have taken 3 rooms from my side and I referred to more than 10 members and taken almost 15 room

The surrounding are dirty and stinking . location is in a small narrow lane. Staff are untrained. Facilities are very bad. Till 8 am, you can't get even morning tea. Washrooms need lots of improvement and safety for senior citizens . Food is average. Not worth.

The stay is ok..but the food and staff need to be improved..most of the items in the in-house restaurant are not available and the staff don't have the patience to explain..the breakfast is very limited.the staff were playing loud music from their mobile in the restaurant.
