Great experience Room interior is well Location is appropriate Room service is good I prefer to use this hotel insted of other hotels in alwar In every aspect naman hotel is really better for all purpose like business, couple visit, family visit etc.

In this covid situation hotel had very bad arrangements. Washrooms are not clear. Showers were broken. Hot water was not coming. Floor tiles were broken

Wash basin tap is not OK. Toilet paper was not kept in bathroom. Too much mosquitos in restaurant need mosquito repeller. Food is good but only 1 service boy in morning hours. No salt provided with breakfast for curd.

Very bad experience in this hotel, TV was not working, dirty bathroom. Rooms are not clean, dirty towels, pillow is not clean never recommend to anyone for this. I have complaint to MMT for the same but there is no resolution.

We went through online booking but they denied to give rooms ... We got non cancellation booking from make my trip ... Hotel staff tried to cheat us and asked us to get the room booked without bill which is heights of cheating to customers
